Meet Dr. Karen Brambila
PhD in Holistic Natural Health & Nutrition
I hail from Jalisco, Mexico, but migrated to the United States in pursuit of my career aspirations. At California State University Northridge (CSUN), I excelled and graduated top of my class with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. My passion for education led me to pursue a graduate program in Education, which I utilized to educate youth for ten years. Additionally, I obtained a graduate degree with honors in Natural Health. Seeking to broaden my knowledge in Physiology, Trophology, and Neuroscience, I pursued a PhD in Natural Health & Nutrition.

I obtained my Biomagnetism Certification from Dr. Salvador Gutierrez Rodriguez de Mondelo, who is highly known for his work in Spain. I obtained my Biothermodynamics (Structural), Vibrational, and Biodecodification Certification from Dr. Alonso Hernandez Ashaika. I also specialized in tumoral phonemenon. Lastly, I am also certified in Yuen Method, which roots from Dr. Kam Yuen. I'm currently finalizing my studies and credential in Homeopathy from known expert, Dr. Arturo Fernandez Lira.

My personal interests include cherishing my family, nature, animals, and art. I am particularly fond of movement and am enthusiastic about practicing Muay Thai, playing basketball, and working out. I advocate for an Alkaline lifestyle, meditation, and movement to achieve optimal health. I am motivated to aid my clients in their journey towards a healthy and pain-free life.

I had an uncle who suffered from advanced schizophrenia and played a major role in my upbringing. I noticed that he loved to eat fruits and work out. I recall him telling me that when he worked out, he felt like he had more control over his mind. When he passed away, I was left with a myriad of questions about mental health, how our bodies function, how to eat, and, more importantly, how to support others suffering from mental ailments.

Anxiety and depression are at an all-time high, and obesity has never caused so many diseases in history as we witness currently. It was my promise to those I loved who passed away young from illnesses that fueled my passion to study Kinesiology, Psychoneuroimmunology, Neuroscience, Trophology, and more.

The power of movement is miraculous, and the discipline of consuming an alkaline diet is life-changing. The transformation of meditation and envisioning is liberating, and the gift of laughter is healing. Join me in exploring a different way of living!
