Best file types: SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, or JPG.
For DTF and UV DTF: transparent PNG files are preferred.
For laser engraving: black-and-white SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, or high-contrast PNG files work best.

Production begins after the pre-order window closes, materials are confirmed, and your digital proof is approved. Estimated turnaround is 7–14 business days after proof approval, depending on product type and order volume.

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not place in dishwasher. Natural slate may have slight texture and edge variations.

A digital proof will be sent before production. Production begins only after proof approval. Please review spelling, names, dates, placement, sizing, and artwork carefully. Custom products are final sale after proof approval unless there is a production defect. One proof and one minor revision are included. Additional design cleanup or major redesign work may require an added design fee.
